Voltage is a rough and tumble dog, and is Bolt's long lost brother from another litter. He can have a nasty temper at times, but is very caring and somewhat sensitive.

Voltage is a boyish boy, and he likes to play around in the mud. he has had a dark past, being kicked out of the litter and then being terrorized by alley cats, getting a scar on his lower body half.
